Our staff hold a range of qualifications, including:
- Degree-level qualifications in childcare and education (Level 6).
- CACHE Level 3 Diplomas in Early Years Workforce and Childcare Education.
- Specialized training for Special Educational Needs Coordinators (SENCO) in Early Years Settings.
- Certified training in Pediatric and Emergency First Aid.
- Safeguarding and Child Protection certifications, including Designated Safeguarding Lead training.
- Food Safety and Hygiene and Health and Safety certifications tailored for childcare settings.
- Training in Promoting Positive Behaviour, Early Language Development, and EYFS support for young learners.
We are committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of every child, working closely with parents to support their development and milestones. Our multilingual team speaks English, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, and Gujarati, allowing us to communicate effectively with families from diverse backgrounds.
