Daily Rates (Private Paid Childcare)

• Toddlers (2-3 years)

                       £27.50 per half a day (9am - 12pm) or (12pm-3pm) 

                       £55 per day (9am - 3pm)

• Pre-School (3-5 years):             

                       £22 per half a day (9am-12pm) or (12pm -3pm)

                       £44 per day  (9am-3pm)

• Daily rates are based on a standard 6-hour day, in line with our session structure. 

Hourly Rates (Private Paid Childcare)

• For children who are not fully funded, or who attend additional hours beyond their funded entitlement, private childcare is charged at: £10.00 per hour
• Hourly sessions are subject to availability and must be booked in line with our session times.
• Holiday care is provided at our Goodmayes Branch with prior arrangements at the above rates. 

Government-Funded Early Education

• We offer 15- and 30-hour Government-funded early education places for eligible children.

                      - Funded hours are provided completely free of charge

                      - Funded hours may be taken term-time only (38 weeks) 

                      - When stretched, funded hours are spread evenly to           

                        provide a consistent weekly allocation

                      - Funded hours are allocated in line with the agreed 

                        attendance pattern

• Any hours attended outside of a child’s funded entitlement are charged at the private hourly rate.

Optional Charges (Not Part of Funded Hours)
The following charges are optional and not a condition of accessing funded childcare. Parents may choose to provide alternatives at no charge.

• Meals
          - Morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and

                          tea: £5.00 per day 

                       -  A packed lunch is allowed if your child suffers from 

                          severe allergies and has a health care plan provided by 

                          your medical professional confirming the medical 

                          condition. However please note that the provided 

                          meal has to be nut free and a healthy and nutrition diet, 

                          based on the EYFS guidelines. 

• Consumables
           - Nappies and wipes £2 per change
           - Sun cream: £1 per application
           - Parents may provide their own consumables at no 

                          charge.

Important Information

• We do not charge any top-up fees in relation to Government-funded hours
• Funded entitlement hours are shown as £0.00 on invoices
  Charges apply only for:
              - Additional private childcare hours, or
              - Optional extras chosen by parents
